Macrame Candy Canes - Adult Workshop
Join Libbie at the November pop-up on the Pier weekend (coinciding with the Christmas Light Switch on) and make your very own Macrame Candy Cane Decorations.
Each participant can make up to 3 or 4 candy canes, which can be personalised with a little metal letter initial stamped disc for a table place decoration or threaded onto a piece of cord for a garland.
Strands of wire are wrapped in coloured macrame cords and then bent into a candy cane shape. The ends of the macrame cord are combed through to separate the strands, making them fluffy.
A level of good dexterity would be beneficial for this activity, but Libbie will provide support when needed.
The workshop must be booked in advance and is suitable for adults (18+).

Join Libbie in the craft tent again for Paramount Foundation’s annual Sticks ‘N’ Stones festival, supporting the wellbeing of children, young people, adults and families in Medway.
Mindful Mosaics - Summer Family Workshop
Mindful Mosaics is a fun family workshop ideal for ages 4+ and all abilities. The activity will be adapted to suit a variety of ages using different materials.
Ages 4 - 7 will use foam mosaic tiles and glue, whilst ages 7+ will use glass mosaic tiles and (non-toxic and child-friendly) safe grout.
Relax and let your imagination run free as you create beautiful patterns with the mosaic tiles.
